What are the show hours?

Large exhibits and booths with machinery can move in on Monday by making an appointment with Shepard Exhibition Services.

When can I take down my booth?

All Shell Scheme Package exhibitors must remove all materials from their booth by 10:00PM on Thursday.

Do I have to order electricity?

Electricity is not included for your booth unless you have purchased an all-inclusive shell scheme package from us. Electricity can be ordered from Edlen Electric. The order forms are included in the utility section of the Exhibitor Manual. One 500 watt outlet is included in the shell scheme package. If you think you will need more you must order it from Edlen.

Is there internet in the hall?

Yes there will be free internet in all areas of the hall and meeting rooms. This is limited bandwidth service suitable for checking email. Higher bandwidth Wi-Fi or wired internet can be ordered from the HCCC using forms available in the Exhibitor Manual.

How do I order a TV display or other AV equipment?

AV equipment can be ordered from PSAV. Forms are available in the Exhibitor Manual.

How do I register my booth staff?

Registration can done on-line. Details are available on our website. You will need the password from RCS that was sent to the primary contact of all exhibitors. Customer service for registration can be reached at +1.805.677.4289 or email

Where do I get my badges?

We do not mail badges. All show badges and tickets can be picked up in the Convention Center lobby starting on Tuesday April 10.

How do I order lead retrieval?

Lead retrieval can be ordered with you register your booth staff from Registration Control Systems. Details are in the Exhibitor Manual.

How do I ship materials to the show?

There are several options for shipping. We recommend all international shipments use our International Freight Forwarder, Agility. Details and forms are available in the Exhibitor Manual.

Freight can be sent directly to the show site with a very narrow delivery window. We recommend using the advance warehouse. Details and address labels are available in the Exhibitor Manual.

Is carpet included with my booth space?

Carpet is not included with your booth space. All exhibitors must put down some sort of floor covering. Carpet may be rented from Shepard. Details are in the exhibitor handbook with many options of carpeting and other floor covering materials. If you have ordered the All-inclusive shell scheme package, gray carpet is included with the package.

I heard there was a networking event at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Is that free?

Tickets for the networking event are available on-line when you register your booth staff. Tickets are $10 for Exhibitors and $20 for attendees. Regular admission just to the museum is $23.50. The R&R HoF is a short 6 block walk from the Convention Center. Most show hotels are even closer to the R&R HoF. Shuttle Buses will also be available. Tickets have a specific entry time to stager the crowd going through the Museum. You can enter any time after your ticketed entry time.

I need an invitation letter to apply for a US Visa. Can you supply that?

When you register for Fastener fair USA and have an address outside the United States you will be asked if you need a Visa invitation letter. If you say yes you will be asked for all the necessary information and sent a letter. This letter in no way implies that funds or housing will be provided to you by the Organizing Committee to support your attendance at the Conference. This letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa for attendance to the 2018 Fastener Fair USA.

How do I log on to Map Your Show for exhibitor information updates, RCS to register my booth staff, and Shepard to order booth amenities?

The username and password for Map Your Show and RCS was sent to the email listed as the primary contact when you secured your booth space.
