Where will the show take place?
The show will be held at Cobo Center in Detroit, May 22-23, 2019.
Arriving at the Cobo Center:
Cobo Center is located right in the heart of downtown Detroit about 25 minutes from Detroit Airport. The Cobo Center has 2,000 parking spaces available on a first come first serve basis at the Cobo Roof Deck on Washington Blvd. and in the Cobo Center Congress Street Garage.
Where do I get my badges?
We do not mail badges. All show badges and tickets can be picked up in the Convention Center lobby starting on Tuesday, May 21.
I heard there was a networking event. Is that free?
Tickets for the networking event are available online when you register your booth staff. Tickets are $20 for attendees. Details to follow.
Is there internet in the hall?
Yes, there will be free internet in all areas of the hall. This is limited bandwidth service suitable for checking email. Higher bandwidth Wi-Fi or wired internet can be ordered from the convention center using forms available in the Exhibitor Manual.
Can I bring my own food or beverages to the show?
No food or drinks may be brought into Cobo Center at any time.
I need an invitation letter to apply for a US Visa. Can you supply that?
When you register for Fastener fair USA and have an address outside the United States you will be asked if you need a Visa Invitation Letter. If you say yes, you will be asked for all the necessary information and you will be sent a letter via email.
This letter in no way implies that funds or housing will be provided to you by Mack Brooks or Fastener Fair USA to support your attendance. This letter does not guarantee that you will receive a visa for attendance to the United States.
