She resides in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan with her husband and three Labradoodles. She volunteers her time as President of the North Country Snowmobile Club, on the Board of the Michigan Snowmobile Association and teaching Yoga & Meditation classes. In her spare time, she enjoys paddle sports & backpacking, and recently returned from hiking over a 17,000-foot pass in Nepal.
